Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. in Memphis is hiring Aircraft Fuelers to safely refuel aircraft, operate fuel trucks, connect hoses, and ensure departures on time.

You will perform fuel quantity checks, monitor equipment, maintain records, and follow safety/aviation guidelines. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays and outdoor work; health benefits available.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic math skills.
• Able to access information in print and electronic formats; comfortable with IPads/Tablets and computers.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligible to obtain required credentials (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and others).
• Able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently conduct fueling operations.
• Maintain accurate records of fueling transactions.
• Perform daily quality control inspections on equipment.
• Utilize fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to refuel aircraft.
• Ensure accurate loading and balancing of fuel.
• Conduct defueling procedures as required.
• Exhibit consistent and dependable attendance.
• Work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather.
