Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking Aircraft Fuelers to ensure safe and efficient refueling at the airport. You will operate fuel trucks, connect hoses, conduct fuel quantity checks, and monitor equipment to support on-time departures.

The role requires 18+ years, US work eligibility, a valid driver's license, basic math, English proficiency, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. You must be comfortable outdoors and available for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
• Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently conduct fueling operations.
• Maintain accurate records of fueling transactions.
• Perform daily quality control inspections on equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Utilize fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to refuel aircrafts.
• Ensure accurate loading and balancing of fuel.
• Conduct defueling procedures as required.
• Exhibit consistent and dependable attendance.
• Work outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures and inclement weather.
• Responsible for fueling various Ground Service Equipment such as Hydrant Trucks, Fuel Trucks, Tanker Trucks, Tugs, and Belt Loaders.
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
