Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is hiring Aircraft Fuelers to ensure safe, efficient aircraft refueling at the airport. You will operate fuel trucks, connect hoses, perform fuel quantity checks, and address emergencies per aviation safety guidelines.

You will keep records, coordinate with airline personnel, and conduct routine equipment inspections. The role requires physical capability, willingness to work outdoors, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including use of tablets, computers, and mobile devices.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligible to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, etc.).
• Airlines operate 24/7; flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently conduct fueling operations.
• Maintain accurate records of fueling transactions.
• Perform daily quality control inspections on equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Utilize fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to refuel aircraft.
• Ensure accurate loading and balancing of fuel.
• Conduct defueling procedures as required.
• Exhibit consistent and dependable attendance.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Fuel various Ground Service Equipment (Hydrant Trucks, Fuel Trucks, Tanker Trucks, Tugs, Belt Loaders).
• Adhere to PrimeFlight safety standards and customer service expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
