Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is hiring aviation fuelers to support safe aircraft refueling operations. You will operate fuel trucks and carts, perform inspections, manage loading and balancing of fuel, and follow strict safety and customer service standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, US work eligibility, a valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks and drug screens. Shift flexibility is essential for 24/7 airline operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and other applicable).
• Airlines operate 24/7; must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate fueling records.
• Perform daily quality control inspections on equipment.
• Utilize fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to refuel aircraft.
• Ensure accurate loading and balancing of fuel.
• Conduct defueling procedures as required.
• Exhibit PrimeFlight safety and customer service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
