Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Face-to-face customer service experience in aviation, food services, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in email and basic office software.
• Prior knowledge of aviation terminology preferred.
• FDA Regulations and safe food handling required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Expeditor/delivery experience preferred.
• Must have a clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Order Management Process following HACCP and FDA regulations.
• Receive orders and communicate actions needed for orders.
• Create shopping and production sheets; liaise with customer, local kitchen, and Guest Services.
• Prioritize orders, QA, packaging, timing, and compliance with specifications.
• Verify food quality against kitchen specifications in the system.
• Ensure food matches presentation in specifications.
• Engage with Air Culinaire customers by phone, email, and in person as applicable.
• Relay feedback to Catering Director or General Manager to improve quality.
