Qualifications

• 2+ years in the food service industry.
• At least 6 months in a similar capacity or role.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Take 100% responsibility for the quality of products served to guests.
• Ensure orders reach tables quickly and accurately.
• Pass orders to kitchen staff and inspect dishes for quality.
• Communicate with food runners and servers to deliver orders to tables.
• Maintain a fast, smooth flow between servers and kitchen.
• Follow plate presentation and garnish setup standards.
• Close the station per closing checklist.
• Attend meetings and offer improvement ideas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
