Job summary

Med-Trans is hiring a Flight Paramedic to join a team of air transportation experts. You will safely transport patients to and from facilities and participate in scene call work with a focus on high safety standards for crew and customers.

Responsibilities include documenting care, completing pre-mission checks, and maintaining licensure and equipment. A dynamic, professional environment awaits with competitive incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in 911 or critical care setting.
• Current EMT-P license in states served by the area.
• Flight Paramedic Certified (FP-C) within 24 months of hire.
• Instructor certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each flight.
• Perform daily base checks including narcotics counts.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital ALS care and document thoroughly.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, CE, safety and procedures records.
• Operate and maintain equipment; coordinate with EMS, hospitals and public.
