Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Two or more years of experience, preferably in a service-related industry; aviation operations experience a plus.
• Must be able to pass security background checks and airport clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opening and closing shift procedures for TWU Flight Center.
• Assist with on-the-job training of additional student workers.
• Manage and create dispatch schedules and log/amend flight reservations.
• Check required pre-flight documentation and coordinate simulator usage.
• Greet students professionally and answer dispatch phones.
• Provide confidential communications to students regarding flight account balances.
• Notify leadership and maintain accurate data entries in aircraft emergencies.
• Prioritize dispatch duties to ensure smooth handovers and proper filing of documents.
