Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver expert technical support across our lithium-ion aircraft battery, power conversion, and electrical power system products. You will troubleshoot complex issues and ensure outstanding customer service on every interaction.

The role requires 5+ years aviation experience, strong knowledge of avionics, and willingness to travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of direct aviation experience and technical support in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose customer issues and determine actions to reach resolution using company databases and cross-department collaboration.
Serve as the primary technical interface for installation, configuration, operation, and management of products.
Assist in developing technical sales presentations for meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
Monitor field data for reliability trends and coordinate with Quality and Engineering for root-cause analysis.
Track and monitor support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-through.
Maintain accurate records of all service and support communications.
Travel up to 15% to meet business needs.
