Job summary

Atlantic Aviation FBO Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Manager for the Dulles, VA FBO facility. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, safety, efficient operations, and financial performance of the location.

You will lead and develop a cross-functional team across operations, customer service, sales, and local accounting, ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of service. This role requires aviation management experience and a strong leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Requires aviation/FBO management experience.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of specialized general aviation experience.
• Strong financial, administrative and management capabilities.
• Proven track record of excellence and ethical behavior.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring safe delivery of services.
• Lead and develop employees to perform to high standards.
• Manage cross-functional team including operations, customer service, sales, and local accounting.
• Ensure compliance with all rules and policies.
• Oversee all business functions of the FBO including services, facilities, staffing and maintenance.
• Maintain and develop business by monitoring margins and negotiating fuel/hangar agreements.
• Serve as liaison with the managing entity of the home airport.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the facility.
• Perform other duties as required.
