Job summary

Responsibilities

Evaluate current or future client needs by discussing with clients or other methods.
Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
Complete project specifications, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
Define and drive complex program plans for multiple, simultaneous, related projects or for a single very complex venture.
Initiate, audit, or support changes to project plans.
Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to address project issues.
Plan and work with meetings related to Facilities projects.
Draft and amend contracts using active data on contract formats, fostering a strategy, and making recommendations to assess compliance with corporate policies and goals and mitigate corporate risk.
Assess economy and efficiency of space usage by identifying possible changes in capacity, workflow, tentative arrangements for expansion, value engineering, and design standards to support recommendations for better use.
Direct the planning of technical drawings to ensure client/functional needs are met, QA and QC principles are recorded and applied effectively, and the budget is used efficiently.
May perform other duties as coordinated by Supervisors.
