Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Familiar with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bell facilities projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage design and construction; monitor progress and schedules.
• Review budgets, estimates and change orders for cost control.
• Draft, review and manage contracts with external partners.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Bell safety standards.
• Provide regular status reports on schedule, budget, and milestones.
• Resolve project challenges with all parties to maintain progress.
