Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Aviation Project Manager to lead and grow our Florida Aviation group. You will manage projects from concept to delivery at airports ranging from small General Aviation to large hub facilities. Florida experience and PE licensure are highly valued.

You will oversee scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinate with design teams and clients, and guide grant administration and CIP work. This role may be based in multiple Florida locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing projects within airport infrastructure design and construction administration; Florida experience expected.
• PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain within 60 days); licenses in other states a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects for clients at small General Aviation airports to large hub commercial service airports.
• Prepare scopes of work, fees, goals, milestones, and assign roles; monitor progress.
• Coordinate with design teams on deliverables and cost estimates; prepare drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
