Job summary

Aviation Service Partners seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Houston maintenance facility. You’ll oversee hangars, offices, and support infrastructure to ensure safety, compliance, and readiness for aircraft maintenance operations.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight for CAPEX and OPEX, and hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years facilities management experience, preferably in aviation, manufacturing, industrial, or MRO environments.
• Experience managing maintenance personnel, vendors, and contractors.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, building automation, and general facility maintenance.
• Experience managing budgets and capital improvement projects.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and workplace safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of hangars, offices, warehouses, and surrounding property.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs for facility systems and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire protection, and building infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, airport requirements, and company safety policies.
• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers; negotiate pricing and service agreements.
• Oversee facility improvement projects, renovations, and equipment installations.
• Monitor facility budgets, maintenance expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain emergency response plans.
