Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years engineering experience in manufacturing (aerospace preferred).
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of AS9100 or equivalent quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage facility operations including HVAC, electrical, and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and aerospace standards.
• Oversee budgeting for repairs, upgrades, and capex projects.
• Lead maintenance technicians and cross-functional teams.
