Job summary

Alliance Aviation Services is seeking a Facility Manager to support the Director of Airport Operations at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport in Fort Worth, Texas. The role oversees maintenance, tenant coordination, vendor management, and budget development to ensure safe, reliable building operations in a 24/7 environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in commercial/aviation facility ops, strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and experience with work order systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, or aviation facility operations
• Experience with work order/PM systems required
• Knowledge of building mechanical systems and building construction

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on buildings, hangars, systems, and equipment
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and control systems
• Manage work orders, track maintenance, supervise vendors
• Develop and maintain facility budgets and manage vendor contracts
• Support 24/7 FBO and airport operations
