Job summary

Precision Castparts in Houston, TX is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead all aspects of site operations, asset care, and reliability across aerospace manufacturing.

You will oversee building systems, production utilities, and capital projects while guiding a cross-functional team of engineers, supervisors, and skilled trades.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to maximize uptime and maintain high quality in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering or facilities management discipline preferred.
• 10+ years facilities leadership experience, aerospace or regulated environment preferred.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing large teams.
• Experience with TPM/maintenance strategy implementation.
• Strong knowledge of EHS, ISO 14001, OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations, maintenance, and capital planning across site.
• Direct 50–75 engineers and trades; develop budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and aerospace quality standards.
• Oversee vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance accountability.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality to align maintenance with operations.
• Lead 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.
