Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a technical support and development professional to help enhance its distribution, airport, and reservations technology platform. You will work on reservations systems, departure control, baggage handling, interline and codeshare workflows, and related passenger service systems while ensuring operational efficiency.

The role requires airline experience in reservations, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, excellent communication, and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Airline experience in the airport or reservations environment with Amadeus knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to learn and master new skills quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, testing, and implementation of functionality and enhancements for the distribution, airport, and reservations technology platform.
• Assist in achieving streamlined processes that promote operational efficiency and better user interactions.
• Facilitate good communication with internal and external partners.
• Monitor industry mandates to ensure PSS aligns with regulations and business needs.
• Demonstrate MOCHA HAGoTDI in all interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
