Job summary

Cape Air seeks a technically skilled specialist to support and develop our distribution technology systems, including reservations and PSS platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance efficiency and customer experience across airport and distribution tools.

Qualifications

Airline experience in airport or reservations environment with knowledge of Passenger Service Systems, particularly Amadeus.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to learn and master new skills quickly.

Responsibilities

Support planning, development, testing, and implementation for distribution, airport, and reservations tech platform.
Assist in streamlined processes to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Facilitate communication with internal and external partners.
Monitor industry mandates to ensure PSS compliance with regulations and business needs.
Demonstrate MOCHA HAGoTDI values in all interactions.
