Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Charter Coordinator to quote and schedule aircraft within the company’s fleet, coordinating all trip details for crew and passengers with full operational control. The role includes on-call rotations, collecting charter payments, and maintaining safety standards across aircraft and OCC office equipment.

You will interact with clients, brokers, and flight crews, provide clerical support, and manage trip quotes using a scheduling system while adhering to TSA requirements

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Must be detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task under deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Must understand Federal Aviation Regulations pertaining to crew duty time/rest, maintenance and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Direct contact with clients, brokers and flight crew.
• Provide clerical support for the department.
• Answer a high volume of calls and emails.
• Manage trip quoting, planning, follow up and flight following.
• Coordinate catering and ground transportation for clients as needed.
• Be available for on-call after hours and weekends.
