Menzies Aviation is seeking an on-site Dispatcher in Tampa, FL to coordinate flight activity, maintain communications with crews and customers, and support billing and gate planning. The role requires a valid US driver’s license, 1+ year dispatcher experience, and the ability to lift 70 lbs and work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a dispatcher.
• Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English.
• Must possess valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be comfortable lifting 70 lbs repetitively.
• Must be available to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Distribute incoming air traffic information to pilots/ground handlers.
• Communicate flight release and fuel load information to operations.
• Maintain flight logs and update flight schedules.
• Make arrangements for accommodation when delays occur.
• Assist in gate assignment planning and passenger services as required.
• Coordinate with billing for services rendered and compile information for each flight.
