Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a dispatcher to coordinate wheelchair and cart services between clients and our team. The role involves recording data accurately, following regulations, and maintaining equipment and communications systems.

You will handle requests from Client Special Services and escalate issues promptly to operations. The ideal candidate has a valid US driver’s license, dispatcher experience, and strong English communication skills, with the ability to work flexible shifts

Qualifications

• Possess valid US driver’s license.
• 1+ years of experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and written skills in English.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Able to lift 70 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wheelchair and cart services between the Client and employees.
• Maintain all service transactions and records in Watershed/Excel as required.
• Respond to telephone and radio calls from Client representatives and staff.
• Assist with equipment (tablets and radios) and ensure timely documentation.
• Provide information and directions to passengers; project a positive image.
• Attend meetings and participate in trainings as required.
