Qualifications

• Must have valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1+ years of experience as a dispatcher.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and testing.
• Able to lift 70 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather.
• Clear FBI background and ability to obtain US Customs Seal.
• Willing to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED required; Operations Agent experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wheelchair and cart services between the Client and employees.
• Maintain service transactions in tracking programs and Excel.
• Respond to phone and radio calls from Client representatives promptly.
• Attend meetings and maintain records and reports as required.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure safety and compliance.
