Qualifications

• Three years of recent experience as an Aviation Dispatcher with proficiency in radio systems and related tech.
• Understand supervisory principles and personnel administration.
• Background in aviation operations, safety, and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Order and manage equipment and supplies.
• Handle escalated calls and resolve customer concerns.
• Supervise aviation dispatch personnel involved in call-taking and dispatch operations.
• Schedule, assign, train, and evaluate Aviation Dispatchers.
• Monitor critical systems and troubleshoot technical applications and communications equipment.
• Assist in developing and delivering initial and ongoing training for Aviation Dispatchers.
