Responsibilities

• Verify each scheduled flight complies with FAA Part 135/91 and company policy.
• Maintain situation awareness of all flights during shift.
• Arrange trip logistics and service items to support clients and flight crews.
• Review flight logs submitted by crews.
• Evaluate next day's flights for potential compliance issues and escalate.
• Confirm flight and duty time limitations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate handoffs between shifts with complete follow-up.
