Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for deployment of Aircraft Diagnostics & Health systems.
• Monitor system usage and report data to management.
• Analyze program metrics to identify improvements and cross-program integration.
• Serve as technical liaison for internal and external users.
• Develop and manage issues tracking for assigned programs.
• Create strategies for sustainment and growth of programs.
• Coordinate technical training for Gulfstream departments and customers.
• Promote technical and business value of programs to users.
