Job summary

Responsibilities include leading cross‑functional teams, tracking milestones, and communicating issues with stakeholders. Requires advanced aircraft knowledge and strong program management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Aviation Maintenance, or Engineering Tech required or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of related aircraft maintenance and operations experience; 3 years on Gulfstream models.
• A&P license preferred; supervisory or management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote information sharing across Technical Operations and Customer Support to drive improvements.
• Provide input to Reliability Improvement Board and report model status weekly.
• Coordinate plans, milestones, and resource needs for the assigned aircraft model.
• Interface with Service Centers, Flight Test, and other teams to trend reliability issues.
• Review engineering plans to ensure maintainability and accessibility for customers.
• Communicate issues and mitigations to leadership and customers as needed.
