Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Savannah seeks an Aircraft Diagnostics & Health System Specialistin GAC Savannah to serve as technical and operational expert for diagnostic systems such as AHTMS, CMP Diagnostics, and FORMS. You will support deployments, monitor usage, and help improve user experience.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Aviation maintenance or related field and 10 years of related aerospace maintenance or IT experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Aviation maintenance, Engineering technology, or related field; 10 years of related aircraft maintenance and/or IT experience.
Experience serving as a technical and operational expert for aircraft diagnostic systems (e.g., AHTMS, CMP Diagnostics).
Ability to learn new software applications and handle cloud-based integrations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for deployments of Aircraft Diagnostics & Health systems.
Monitor system usage and report metrics to management.
Analyze program data to identify improvements and cross-program opportunities.
Act as liaison for internal and external users and manage issue tracking.
Develop strategies for sustainment and growth of assigned programs.
Coordinate and deliver technical training to Gulfstream and customers.
