Job summary

FTAI Aviation Ltd. in Miami, FL is seeking a Detail Inspector to perform inspections on civil aviation components in line with manufacturer data, FAA airworthiness directives, and industry standards.

You will disassemble and repair engine parts, assist Engineers, maintain records, and ensure tools are calibrated. Qualifications include high school or equivalent, an airframe and/or powerplant license, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Airframe and/or Powerplant license.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read OEM manuals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document returns to service per FAA/Manufacturer data.
• Disassemble and repair engine parts as required.
• Assist engineers/technical services as needed.
• Maintain calibration and proper use of inspection tools.
• Record inspections accurately before final approval.
