Job summary

Retlif Testing Laboratories in Ronkonkoma, NY is seeking a full-time Technical Sales Representative to drive inside and outside sales for EMC testing and Environmental Simulation services. You will represent our capabilities to aerospace, defense, and industrial customers while coordinating bids and client meetings.

The role requires 5–7 years of aviation or defense sector experience, a four-year degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel regionally (Long Island, Metro NYC,

Qualifications

• BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 5–7 years' experience in commercial aviation and/or military defense sector.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Willingness to travel across Long Island/Metro NYC and NH/PA facilities (15–20% travel).

Responsibilities

• Attend trade shows and represent the company.
• Quotations, sales follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Monitor and prioritize daily sales activities.
• Support sales at all 3 Retlif facilities with travel.
• Develop proactive strategies to meet the company's annual sales goals.
