Job summary

Contour is seeking a customer-focused team member to handle rental car reservations, hotel bookings, and fuel/service order processing. You will use the Total Aviation POS system to support daily operations and dispatch Line Service Technicians for inbound aircraft advisories.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be 18+, able to read/write English, have a valid US work authorization, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced aviation environment.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills; customer‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Make rental car reservations and complete reservation forms accurately.
• Operate Total Aviation POS and concierge to full capacity for customer service.
• Drive customers and rental cars, arrange hotel reservations, and manage catering orders.
• Schedule aircraft departures/arrivals and receive fuel/service orders.
• Dispatch Line Service Technicians and provide inbound aircraft advisories via radio.
• Maintain a clean facility and keep lobby area neat and tidy.
• Assist with baggage handling and other duties as assigned by management.
