Job summary

Contour is seeking a motivated team member for aviation services in Nashville. The role supports rental reservations, concierge services, and aircraft scheduling while delivering top-notch customer service to clients and crews in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating hotel and catering, managing fuel orders, and dispatching Line Service Technicians, with a focus on safety, integrity, and teamwork. Candidates must be 18+, with a valid license and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in/out of the U.S.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Read/write English; Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make rental car reservations and complete forms.
• Use Total Aviation POS and concierge fully.
• Drive customer and rental cars.
• Make hotel reservations.
• Take and submit catering orders.
• Schedule aircraft departures and arrivals.
• Receive fuel orders.
• Fill fuel and service orders.
• Receive, record, relay aircraft departure information, dispatch Line Service Technicians.
• Dispatch Line Service Technicians and give airport advisories.
• Maintain lobby and facility cleanliness.
• Clean and fill aircraft coffee pots.
• Transport bags of ice.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
