Job summary

Contour Covering Technology B.V. is seeking a full-time Operations Specialist based in Smyrna, TN to coordinate and communicate about system-wide flight disruptions.

You will work as a key liaison among the SOC, Reservations, airport stations, and leadership teams to support consistent passenger recovery efforts. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Part 135 Charter Operations preferred.
• Experience in luxury sales preferred.
• Willing to be scheduled as an after-hours on-call person in rotation with other personnel to include weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to carry a mobile phone or other similar communications and be accessible 24/7 as needed.
• Must understand, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage system-wide flight disruptions.
• Serve as liaison between the SOC, Reservations, airport stations, and leadership teams.
• Anticipate passenger needs during delays and IROPs, coordinating re-accommodations and service recovery.
• Monitor passenger connections and delays to minimize disruption and improve the customer experience.
• Support Reservations and Customer Care during peak volumes and disruption events.
• Create and maintain training materials, operational resources, and process documentation.
