Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Aviation or product support.
• Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office; able to navigate data entry and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels promptly and professionally.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure data integrity in the system.
• Monitor backorders and provide proactive updates on status and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer account information and ensure compliance with policies.
