Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
• Two to four years’ relevant experience in related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in basic math.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Typing speed of 40–60 words per minute.
• Professional appearance.
• Must pass pre employment drug screen and background check following FAA and DOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist pilots and passengers with fuel orders, arrivals/departures notices, directions and hotel/catering arrangements.
• Make vehicle rental reservations and handle A/C key management.
• Coordinate communications by phone, radio, email and fax.
• Enter data related to invoicing, payment processing and fuel records.
• Help with general cleaning and stock pilot and passenger areas with refreshments.
