Responsibilities

  • Assist pilots and passengers with fuel orders, online times, arrivals/departures notices, directions, and reservations.
  • Enter data related to invoicing, payment processing and fuel records.
  • Coordinate hotel and catering arrangements, vehicle rentals, and other passenger services.
  • Assist with general cleaning and stocking of pilot and passenger areas.
  • Adapt to changing work hours, schedules, and weekend shifts.
