Job summary

Sheltair is seeking a professional CSR in Denton, TX to deliver courteous aviation customer service and support to pilots and passengers. You will handle fuel orders, flight notices, and coordination of travel logistics, including car rentals, hotels, and catering, while entering invoicing and fuel records accurately.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), strong math and MS Office skills, and a 40–60 WPM typing speed.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED; an Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
• Two to four years' relevant experience in related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• A valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in basic math.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Typing speed of 40–60 words per minute.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist pilots and passengers with fuel orders, online times, and notices of arrivals/departures.
• Provide verbal and written directions; arrange vehicle rental, hotel, and catering.
• Manage personal vehicles and A/C key handling; communicate by phone, radio, email and fax.
• Enter data related to invoicing, payment processing and fuel records.
• Assist with general cleaning and stocking of pilot/passenger area with beverages and supplies.
• Adapt to changing work hours, schedules, and weekend work as required.
