Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
• Two to four years' relevant experience in related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• A valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in basic math.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Typing speed of at least 40 - 60 words per minute.
• A professional appearance.
• Must pass pre employment drug screen and background check following FAA and DOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist pilots and passengers with fuel orders, online times and notices of arrivals/departures.
• Provide verbal and written directions, vehicle rental reservations and hotel/catering arrangements.
• Handle personal vehicles and A/C key handling and communications by telephone, radio, email, and fax.
• Enter data related to invoicing, payment processing and fuel records.
• Assist with general cleaning and stocking the pilot and passenger area with supplies.
