Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Customer Service staff and maintain standards.
• Train, coach, and develop subordinate staff.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships; assist upselling fuel.
• Manage CSR work schedules and staffing levels.
• Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions when needed.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing CSR positions.
• Support sales initiatives.
