Job summary

Modern Aviation Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Trenton, ME to lead the CS team, coordinate aircraft services, and ensure exceptional front-line service.

You will supervise CSRs, assist with onboarding, and support billing, reporting, and vendor relations in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a valid driver's license, 18+ years of age, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Intermediate computer proficiency is needed.
• Ability to make timely decisions with sound judgment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities are required.
• Negotiation and basic sales aptitude are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Customer Service, supervising CSRs on shifts.
• Coordinate aircraft services including fuel orders, hangar storage, and parking.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable support as needed.
• Maintain lobby standards and ensure brand-aligned service delivery.
• Onboard and train new customer service staff and provide guidance.
• Manage front desk coverage and respond to escalations professionally.
• Prepare daily/closing reports and support monthly tenant billing reports.
