Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to passengers during arrivals, check-in, boarding and ticketing.
• Operate computerized systems for ticketing, check-in, seating and reservations.
• Assist passengers with special needs, unaccompanied minors, VIPs and wheelchair assistance.
• Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine processes as needed.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers and gate-checked bags for loading and arrival.
