Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking team members in Charleston, SC to deliver passenger-focused customer service across arrivals, check-in, and related services. No experience is required as paid training is provided. Roles include handling tickets, boarding, baggage, and queries with supportive safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and other queries or complaints.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
