Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department. The role involves assisting passengers in boarding/disembarking, operating the Jetway, monitoring boarding, and guiding/parking aircraft.

Training is required; must lift 70 pounds and work outside in all weather. Essential duties include assisting passengers, monitoring boarding, aiding customers with wheelchairs/unaccompanied minors, adjusting itineraries and seats, loading baggage, and

Responsibilities

Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
Monitor computerized passenger boarding
Assist customers with special needs including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
Change flight itineraries and seat assignments as required
Operate the Jetway
Load and unload baggage and cargo
Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
Guide and park aircraft
Perform cabin maintenance tasks
Work with team to provide excellent customer service
