Jet Aviation Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Agent for our FBO at Teterboro, NJ. You’ll be the friendly face for passengers and crew, handling service requests, questions and feedback to ensure a seamless journey from arrival to departure.

The role requires 1–2 years in FBO or customer service, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and strong English communication. Expect a dynamic, 24/7 operation with a 2nd shift (2–10 pm) and opportunities to grow in a premier aviation services company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an FBO or customer service-related field (hospitality preferred).
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Proficient English language and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers, addressing billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints in a warm, respectful manner.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently and fairly, de-escalating tense situations.
