Job summary

Alliance Aviation Services in Fort Worth, TX seeks a polished Customer Service Representative to join our FBO team. You will engage with pilots, crew, and guests, manage front-desk duties, and support travel, billing, and coordination tasks.

This fast-paced role requires professionalism, flexibility, and a guest-first mindset. The CSR collaborates with the Customer Experience Manager, maintains accurate records, and contributes to VIP service standards in a luxury aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service, preferably aviation, hospitality or luxury service environments.
• Familiarity with scheduling platforms, service coordination tools, or CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting guests warmly at the FBO.
• Provide VIP planeside greetings with carpet service for exclusive arrivals.
• Input customer data and service details into systems like TAS, FlightBridge, and Salesforce.
• Invoice and collect payment for services rendered in a timely manner.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel accommodations and ground transport.
• Assist in sales, marketing and event support for aviation events.
