The ideal candidate has aviation and crew scheduling experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ATC software, plus reliable teamwork and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Aviation experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in crew scheduling or similar role.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong data entry using Excel and scheduling software.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Reliable team player with punctual attendance.
• GED or high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage flight and ground crew schedules.
• Coordinate crew availability for charter/ad-hoc routes.
• Ensure flights are staffed in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor crew schedules for productivity.
• Communicate schedules to crew members.
• Track crew qualifications and training requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve scheduling issues.
• Respond to disruptions and re-schedule crew as needed.
• Observe FAA safety regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
