Leeds Professional Resources in the Doral area is seeking a Crew Scheduling Coordinator to monitor daily operations, adjust flight crew schedules, and respond quickly to disruptions.

You will communicate changes to crews, maintain scheduling records, and prepare utilization reports. Prior airline operations experience is required, with strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and adjust flight crew schedules based on operational requirements.
• Arrange replacement crew members when scheduling conflicts or unexpected absences occur.
• Communicate schedule changes and operational updates to flight crews in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate crew scheduling records and operational documentation.
• Prepare reports related to crew utilization, overtime, schedule changes, staffing, and operational performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and operational information.
• Provide timely and accurate information to management and operational teams.
