Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Cores Administrator to manage core return activity from Erlanger, KY. You will generate core reports, track returns through vendor portals, and prepare documentation for internal and external customers.

You will also work with Sales and Accounting to bill late cores, maintain notes in key systems, and implement process improvements while supporting RMAs and warranty follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aviation industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with AvSight and business aviation experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze open-core reports using AvSight and Salesforce.
• Track vendor core returns through vendor portals and follow up to avoid late fees.
• Prepare core return documentation.
• Follow up with internal and external customers to ensure timely returns or RMAs.
• Partner with Sales and Accounting to bill late or non-returned cores.
• Maintain up-to-date notes and status records in relevant systems.
• Ensure all transactions are closed in AvSight, Salesforce, and vendor portals.
• Provide regular status updates to management on core activity.
• Identify and implement process improvements for core return operations.
