Citadel Aviation, LLC seeks a Controller to oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across GAAP reporting for high-value aviation programs and contracts. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead accounting operations, manage controls, audit coordination, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.

You will partner with leaders to drive financial discipline and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 5–10 years progressively responsible accounting or financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, aviation, or project-based environments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site-specific accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, and cost accounting.
• Ensure timely monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead month-end and year-end close with reconciliations and reporting packages.
• Provide financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
