Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible accounting and financial management experience.
• Experience leading accounting operations and close processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting functions, ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close and internal reporting processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and performance management.
• Coordinate external audits and support government contracting compliance.
